Fee Schedule

We have TWO ways of saving you money:

Option 1
You pay an up front fee of $595.00 and 1/2% of the sale price of your home AT CLOSING.

That Equals $595 (to JHR upfront)
  + 1/2% (to JHR @ closing)
  + 3% (to buyers agent)



  3.5% + $595 to sell your home!

Option 2
If you prefer NOT to pay an upfront fee, we understand. In this scenario you pay either:

  • 1% commission (AT CLOSING) on a list price above $250,000
  • 1 1/2% commission (AT CLOSING) on a list price below $250,000

Both methods shown above include only the fees to us, the listing company. We recommend that you offer 3% commission to the buyers broker that sells your home.

 

Included in the Above Fees:

  • Access to First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Georgia MLS
  • A standard Supra lockbox
  • A John Hallman Realtors for sale sign
  • Your home placed on Realtor.com, AND websites of local traditional real estate companies (i.e. Jenny Pruitt, Harry Norman, Re/max etc.)
  • A CMA or comparative market analysis of your neighborhood. (help with pricing)
  • Contract review
  • Negotiation assistance
  • Questions answered, advice etc.
  • Multiple photos (that you provide) on 2 MLS services, and internet webistes with the exception of Realtor.com where you will only have one photo
  • Benifit of paying a maximum commission of only 1/2% + $595 total commission
  • Monthly traffic or showing update.
  • Your own personal listing agent with 8 years experience
  • A real estate company with over 30 years of real estate experience in Atlanta
  • An opportunity to sell the home yourself to someone without a real estate agent & the benifit of saving 3% that traditionally goes to the Buyers Broker.
